BEF Fellows Program (“BEF 2.0”)

The BEF Fellows Program is a three-year leadership and formation journey for executives seeking to embody virtuous leadership in their professions.

Fellows commit to rigorous study, quarterly workshops, and service in BEF leadership, shaping the Forum’s next 25 years.

Program Highlights

Selective annual cohort of 10–12 Fellows.
Intensive self-study syllabus of readings and videos.
Four 1.5-day workshops led by distinguished faculty.
Integration into BEF leadership after the first year.
Annual BEF Fellows Gala to celebrate and sustain the mission.
